Growing environment awareness and technical needs have initiated us for an intensive R & D work to develop lead free PVC compound for wire and cable and we are pleased to inform that we have done it successfully.

Besides the absence of lead, the other special characteristics of these compound are

• Can be extruded at high line speed
• Can be extruded with very low wall thickness
• Good mechanical properties even with thin wall thickness
• Good insulation resistance
• Low specific gravity
• Flame retardant properties can be incorporated
• Good Thermal Stability
• Heat Resistance up to 105.
  

And these well balanced set of technical properties of our lead free PVC compound have come from selection of primary ingredients, scientific formulation technology developed in in - house R & D laboratory, melt mixing in a specially designed compounding machine which and provide a thorough distributive and dispersive mixing action leading to a very consistent quality.
